Visitors to the School

All visitors to the School during the school day should use the front entrance and report to the reception window of the School Office where their name, arrival time and purpose of visit will be recorded. Visitors will be issued with visitors badges, which they will be asked to wear during their visit and return to the School Office on departure.  Office staff will record departure time.

Any visitor in the building who does not have a badge should be asked to report to the School Office.

These arrangements will apply to parents, Authority staff, external assessors, visiting speakers, social workers, specialist support staff, medical staff and trades people.

Staff who have made arrangements for a visitor to come into school are asked to inform the School Office in advance to enable the details to be entered in the School Office diary.
